Terms and Conditions 

All workshops have a set basic minimum price per person of $95 per day based on a four person minimum booking. Workshops can be adapted and altered for a bespoke experience at a additional cost - please contact us to discuss and additions or inclusions you would like to consider. Workshop prices include venue, qualified facilitator, white board, projector and lecture materials (this does not include personal workshop materials such as pens, papers, laptops recording devices etc). Three Muses Creative reserves the right to increase prices where necessary to ensure quality of courses. Participants who have already registered for a workshop prior to price increase being publicised for that workshop will not be liable for the additional fees.

We offer the following discounts on set public courses: Early Bird - 10% discount on full course fee for a limited number of first attendee registrations. Early Bird places are strictly limited and assigned on a first in, first served basis. Check the event listing page to see if any early bird registrations are available. Senior Price - Discounted Bookings available on all courses with presentation of a Seniors Card. You may be requested to produce senior card at commencement of workshop. Failure to show card may result in booking being cancelled or additional fees charged. Senior discounts can not be used with other occasional discounts or offers beyond those stated here. Student Discounts - Student discounts for eligible Australian Students enrolled in a University, College or Tafe course, are available on selected courses. Please check Eventbrite listing to see if Student Ticket is applicable. Failure to show student card on request may result in booking being cancelled or additional fees charged. Student discounts can not be used with other occasional discounts or offers beyond those stated here. Family Tickets - Discounted combined Parent (Guardian)/ Child ticket for children under 16 years is offered on our selected child friendly and school holiday courses where Guardians must be present and creativity workshops where Guardians may opt to take part. Check Course information to see if this option is available. Group Bookings and Bespoke workshops - Three Muses can tailor our workshops to your group or personal interest, and group bookings of 5 or more, booked and paid together, receive a 10% discount for the overall booking. Contact us to discuss prices. Three Muses Creative may offer other workshop and event special offers and discounts to our E-mail list contacts - join now to make sure you don't miss out.

All workshops will run based on minimum numbers of 4 participants. Maximum in-person workshop numbers are limited to 15 participants to ensure quality of experience for all. Contact us for more specific information regarding min and max numbers for your chosen booking.

Participant Cancellations Cancellation of paid registration from a workshop may be made at any time. However cancellations made after minimum numbers have been confirmed or within one month of workshop date will not be eligible for any fee refunds. Participant cancellations of workshops that qualify participants for the Three Muses Special or other multiple booking discounts will not be eligible for any refunds at any time. Course refunds minus booking fees may be offered for those who: Cancel prior to minimum numbers being reached Cancel prior to one month before the commencement of the course Experience a documented medical condition subsequent to booking which prevents their attendance - including Covid positive paitents. We may allow full or partial refunds in special circumstances - please contact us if you feel you have a special case. All participant cancellation refunds do not include booking fees which have been calculated into the price of the inital bookings. Three Muses Creative Cancellation of Workshops Three Muses Creative reserves the right to cancel any advertised workshop for the following reasons (with the following compensation for paid participants): Workshops may be cancelled by Three Muses Creative in the following circumstances: Minimum numbers for course commencement are not reached (full refund including booking fee* or substitution course registration will be offered to paid participants) NSW Health Orders prohibit in-person gatherings ( full refund including booking charges* applies) Inclement weather makes travel to or undertaking of the workshop unsafe (Substitution course date, refunds minus booking fees or credit note will be offerred to paid participants) Venue becomes unavailable or unsafe and new venue cannot be arranged in time (Substitution course date or refunds including booking fees* will be offerred) Course Facilitator becomes unwell or unable to faciliate workshop and no substitute is available (Substitution course date, refunds minus booking fees or credit notes will be offerred to paid participants) Three Muses Creative or the Course Facilitator deems that the course is not feasible (refunds including booking fees* will be offerred) *Booking fee will only be refunded if cancellation affects the entire course attendence and the event is cancelled at least one day prior to commencement dates, otherwise booking fees cannot be refunded. Three Muses Creative Cancellation of Individual Registrations Three Muses Creative reserves the right to cancel any individual registration without refund to a course or workshop and remove participants from the venue for the following reasons: Three Muses Creative deems that there has been fraudulent activities in the booking process including discount or promocodes being used fraudulently, fraudulent booking of senior or student rates, fraudulent credit card or merchant facilities used. Participant attends workshop under the perceived influence of drugs or alcohol Participant is abusive or is deemed by course facilitator to pose a threat to other participants, facilitators, members of the public or venue staff. Participant fails to provide proof of full covid vaccination.

Our main area of operation is in the beautiful Blue Mountains - 1.5 hour drive from Sydney CBD. Venues are all chosen for accessibility, comfort and quality and include: The Carrington Hotel, Katoomba Blue Mountains School of Arts, Wentworth Falls Nauti Studios, Hazelbrook Woodford Academy, Woodford Venues are subject to availability so we confirm venue as close to start date as possible - however due to circumstances beyond our control advertised venues may not be suitable or available after confirmation and may be altered or changed from advertised location. In this event we will always try to substitute with a similar venue in a similar area and advise participants as soon as any changes occur.

Safety Protocols All partipants must abide by WHS and health and safety instructions during workshop as advised by Course Facilitator and any heatlh and safety directives from the Venue owners whether provided through written signage, direct or indirect verbal instruction or written agreement. Covid Safe Three Muses Creative is a Covid safe business and we endevour to provide a covid safe enviroment by ensuring social distancing, providing hand sanitsers and washing facilities at workshops, enforcing NSW health orders where applicable and ensuring all participants are fully vaccinated at time of workshop. We may, if applicable, offer online alternatives to in person workshops where NSW Heath orders prohibit social gatherings. Participants must ensure they are not presenting any covid symptoms or have not been in close contact with a positive covid case within 1 week of the course commencement date. If you are experiencing any Covid symptoms or have been in close contact with a covid case within one week of the course commencement then you CANNOT attend in-person workshops. Please contact us if this situation occurs and we will do our best to accommodate a refund or substitution for your course. Duty of Disclosure Participants must inform us of any potential issues to safety including but not limited to food or material allergies, accessibility issues, physical limitations, pre-existing medical issues which may need to be catered for and any covid symptoms or close contacts. Indemnity Waiver While we take all possible precautions to ensure our workshops are fun, safe spaces for our participants, all participants take part in our workshops at their own risk and indemnify Three Muses Creative from any action regarding loss or damage of personal items and/or injury, harm or illness resulting from participation in workshop activities.
